Bread & Chocolate Bakery Cafe Newton
Bread & Chocolate is a small family enterprise, committed to
great food and great people. We celebrate happy-attitude,
over-the-top customer service, attention to detail and a real
passion for creating memorable food.  We believe that these
values, along with a strong work ethic and respect for people,
are key ingredients for our business endeavors.  

The bakery café features European and American inspired
pastries, tarts and cakes along with buttery croissants, tender
scones, sweet and savory muffins, gooey sticky buns and
aromatic cinnamon buns for breakfast.  An inventive lunch menu
includes specialty sandwiches on handcrafted breads, alongside
fresh salads and soups.  Fresh artisan breads are also available.  

Eunice Feller, chef & owner, is a graduate of the Professional
Chef Program at The Cambridge School of Culinary Arts.  
Graduating with honors, she was presented with the Young
Professional Award from the prestigious L'Académie
Brillat-Savarin for her "unparalleled dedication to the culinary
arts and possessing the 'fire in the belly' to become one of
tomorrow's culinary stars".

Eunice holds a BFA from Otis Parsons College of Art & Design
and an MFA from the Claremont Graduate University.  Always
seeking a creative outlet, her photographs adorn the café
interior and this website. When not in the kitchen, she relaxes
with her husband and two rescue dogs and daydreams about
traveling to Abruzzi, Italy.
